Enabling Store New and Assign / Attachment List Menu Path

For all Store New and Assign (ie: Business Document Storage), or to use the docuflow Attachment List for any other purposes, you must add the DocManager menu path to the Services for Object / Global Object Services configuration table via the instructions below:

  1. Maintain the table SGOSATTR via SM30 in your development configuration client. Note that this configruation is client independent, but will generate a transport to must be moved with other ArchiveLink and docuflow configuration.
  2. Find the entry with the name INFO_SERVICE and double click to change the entry.
  3. Change the field value for "Next Service" to DOCUFLOWSTOR as shown below. Save your entry and green arrow back.

4. Click the button "New Entries" and create the following entry named "DOCUFLOWSTOR":

- ensure the class name /DFLOW/CL_DOCMANAGER is spelled correctly and that the "Commit Required" is enabled!

5. Save your entry and incude this transport in your migration to QUAL and PROD list of transports.
