Note: you might already have some properties during your Base Installation and Configuration.

*** It is mandatory that all properties (both ECM and Content Server) be added for any content type/metadata template/document class used for docuflow integration ***

ECM Required Metadata Properties

These names are suggestions and recommended, but are configurable in the Enterprise Connector.

SharePoint Columns:

Attribute Name (suggested)	Attribute Type	Attribute Settings
docuflowUsername	single line of text
docuflowTimestamp	single line of text
docuflowSaplinkTrigger	single line of text	The only values docuflow will recognize are "True" and "False" as triggers. The resulting values are True and False by default, but can be changed in the config.properties file under your installation directory. saplinkfalse.value=<value> (for success) saplinkerror.value=<value) (for error) eg: "DoNotProcessSuccess" and "DoNotProcessError" saplinkfalse.value=DoNotProcessSuccess saplinkerror.value=DoNotProcessError
