The docuflow Middleware is responsible for:

  • Discovering new Employees and creating a Employee Folder in Box and linking this folder back to their Employee Profile
  • Discovering new Employee Documents in SuccessFactors, adding them to Box and linking them back to SuccessFactors using LinkCards
  • Discovering new Employee Documents in Box and linking them to SuccessFactors using LinkCards

The SAP BTP Platform is responsible for:

  • A user interface (MyDocuments) for Employees to see the LinkCards that have been attached to their Employee Profile
  • A user interface (DocumentSearch) for HR Managers to see the LinkCards for employees they are related to
