Introduction

docuflow for SuccessFactors and Box integrates documents between SuccessFactors and the Box content platform.

This integration includes document storage, linking, and metadata transfer from SuccessFactors to Box. Documents can be captured from SuccessFactors and stored within Box and documents added to Box can be linked back to SuccessFactors.

To enable users to access the documents in Box, two HTML5 applications give them access:

My Documents will show a user all of their employee documents that have been linked from Box.

Document Search will allow HR Managers to search for documents belonging to employees that report to them.

The process to capture and link documents is done through the docuflow middleware while the My Documents and Document Search is done through HTML5 applications deployed on the SAP BTP Platform.
