the below diagram outlines the basic components of the solution the docuflow middleware is responsible for discovering new employees and creating a employee folder in box and linking this folder back to their employee profile discovering new employee documents in successfactors, adding them to box and linking them back to successfactors using linkcards discovering new employee documents in box and linking them to successfactors using linkcards the sap btp platform is responsible for a user interface (mydocuments) for employees to see the linkcards that have been attached to their employee profile a user interface (documentsearch) for hr managers to see the linkcards for employees they are related to
