SAP Logon Pad Security Configuration

by default, the sap logon pad generates a pop up warning each time a local file is accessed or a file is accessed from an external content management system due to the fact that docuflow docmanager does this a lot!, it is recommended that you disable this warning pop up to avoid end user frustration follow the steps below to avoid this pop up message from the sap gui logon pad, choose for windows click on the top left icon and select options or preference (depending on your sap gui version) for java via the menu bar path sapgui >preferences location the security folder on the left, highlight security settings, and then choose "open security configuration" change the default action to "allow", and click ok/apply
