docuflow for successfactors integrates documents between successfactors and external content repositories this integration enables document storage, linking, and metadata transfer from successfactors to the repository platform documents captured in successfactors are stored within the repository, and documents added or managed in the repository can be linked back to successfactors employee records to enable users to access the documents in box, two html5 applications give them access my documents document search my documents will show a user all of their employee documents that have been linked from box document search will allow hr managers to search for documents belonging to employees that report to them the process to capture and link documents is done through the docuflow middleware while the my documents and document search is done through html5 applications deployed on the sap btp platform
