The extension administrators will require permissions to the BTP environments to complete the Application setup in the SuccessFactors Extensions Center portlet.

- In the SuccessFactors Admin Center, navigate to the **Permissions Role Detail**
- Select the Administrative Role that is doing the solution configuration
- Navigate to the Permission setting '**Permission not requiring target**'
- Select '**Manage Extensions on SAP BTP**'
  - Allow '**Create Integration with SAP BTP**'

Add the Administrative user who will be accessing the Portal Configuration to the Extensions Administrators Group. In SuccessFactors:

- Navigate to '**Manage Permission Groups**'
- Select the group name: **Extension Administrators**
- Add the selected UserIds to the role
