The section will create the Pick List for document approval workflow status

Navigate to the Admin tool '**Pick List Center**'

Click '***New Pick List***'

In the Create Dialog, set the following values:

| Name                 | Value                | Notes |
| -------------------- | -------------------- | ----- |
| Code                 | LinkCard\_DocStatus  |       |
| Name                 | Link Card Doc Status |       |
| Status               | Active               |       |
| Effective Start Date | \<today's date>      |       |
| Display Order        | Alpha                |       |
| Parent Picklist      | \<blank>             |       |
| Legacy Picklist ID   | LinkCard\_DocStatus  |       |

Click the '***Save***' button

Create the following values:

| Label                    | InApproval |       |
| Status                   | Active     |       |
| Non-unique External Code | 1          |       |
