This step only needs to be done if there is not already a sub account created for the BTP environment.

At the Global Account Level, navigate to ***'Account Explorer'*** and click the ***'Create'*** button and select ***'Sub Account'***

**NOTE:** Select one of the SAP (NEO) Regions to run the integration
