Navigate to the Admin tool '**Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures**'

**Create New: Workflow**

In the main workflow section, set the following values:

| Name        | d4i\_Approval |       |

In the section Step 1, set the following values:

| Respect Permission       | No                     |       |
