An API user is required for the docuflow for SuccessFactors middleware server.

Create a new user in SuccessFactors. This should be easily identifiable as an API user (i.e. apidflow)

Create a permision role for this user (i.e. apidflow\_access)

The following permissions are required for the permission role:

Employee Data:
(Employee Profile)

- Country
- Email
- Employee Id
- Manager
- User ID
  (User Information)
- Hire Date
  (Employement Details)
- Employment Details MSS
- Hire Date

General User Permission:

- SFAPI User Login
- User Login
  SAP System Configuration:
- View

Miscellaneous Permissions:

- Category Link Card 1 (view / edit)
- Category Link Card 3 (view / edit)
- Document Type Link Card 1 (view / edit)
- Document Type Link Card3 (view / edit)
- Employee Documents ( view / view history / create / insert / correct / delete)
- Employee Documents.EmployeeDocumentChild (view / correct / create / adjust order / delete)
- HR Employee Documents ( view / view history / create / insert / correct / delete)
- HR Employee Documents.HREmployeeDocumentChild (view / correct / create / adjust order / delete)
- Link Card Type 1 (View / Edit)
- Link Card Type 2 (View / Edit)
- Link Card Type 3 (View / Edit)
- Link Card Type 4 (View / Edit)
- cust\_d4iFolderLink (View / Edit)
- SAP System Configuration (View)

- User Account oData entity

Metadata Framework

- Admin access to MDF OData API

Manage Integration Tools

- oData API Attachment Export
- Allow Admin to Access OData API through Basic Authentication
