Use these instructions to use a set of CSV files to use to import the Categories and Document types into the system

### For Employee Document Upload Rules/Categories:

Go to **'Import and Export Data'**

For Categories:

- Select the action to perform: Import Data
- Select Generic Object: Category
- File: CSV with your Category Data
- Purge Type: Incremental Load
- Click 'Import'

To check the imported data:

Go to '**Manage Data**'

- Under '**Search**' select Category
- Under the selection dropdown, the values should be shown

Complete the above steps for:

- Category Link Card 1.csv
- Category Link Card 3.csv
- Document Type Link Card 1.csv
- Document Type Link Card 3.csv
- Document Type Link Card 1-category.csv
- Document Type Link Card3-CategoryLinkCard3.csv
