Use these instructions to get a set of CSV files to use to import the Categories and Document types into the system

### For Employee Document Upload Rules/Categories:

Go to **'Import and Export Data'**

For Categories:

- Select the action to perform: Download Template
- Select Generic Object: Category LInk Card 1
- Include dependencies: No
- Click 'Download'

For Document Type LinkCard1:

- Select the action to perform: Download Template
- Select Generic Object: Document Type LinkCard 1
- Include dependencies: No
- Click 'Download'

For the Relationship between Category and Document Types for Link Card 1

- Select the action to perform: Download Template
- Select Generic Object: Document Type LinkCard 1 - Category
- Include dependencies: No
- Click 'Download'

### For HR Document Upload Rules/Categories:

Go to **'Import and Export Data'**

For Categories:

- Select the action to perform: Download Template
- Select Generic Object: Category
- Include dependencies: No
- Click 'Download'

For Document Type LinkCard3:

- Select the action to perform: Download Template
- Select Generic Object: Document Type LinkCard 3
- Include dependencies: No
- Click 'Download'

For the Relationship between Category and Document Types for Link Card 3

- Select the action to perform: Download Template
- Select Generic Object: Document Type LinkCard 3 - Category
- Include dependencies: No
- Click 'Download'
