Customer resources typically required for a docuflow installation and implementation are:
- SAP Basis: install SAP transports, support base configuration, and QUAL, PROD migration (see below Overview for SAP Basis)
- SAP Security: create SAP user (docuflow ECM) and grant necessary ArchiveLink and docuflow authorizations (see below Overview for SAP security)
- SAP Developer: if docuflow integration patters are to be extended or customized, an ABAP developer (customer or Gimmal) will be required along with corresponding developer key and SAP transports (see separate docuflow Solution Guide)
- S3 Admin: support installation of docuflow middleware and SharePoint configuration
- Middleware Server/Network/Security Team: support installation of docuflow Connector
- Business/SAP End-User/Tester: support unit and user acceptance testing.
