Create SAP system account – ECM Only

In order for the docuflow Enterprise Connector to log in via SAP Jco to register on the SAP Gateway to receive outbound processing requests, as well as execute inbound processing (if configured), an SAP system (non-dialogue) account is required. This user ID requires the below privileges:

Authorization Object: S_RFC

ACTVT: 16

This authorization covers most standard docuflow processing.

For custom requirements, please either use a copy of WF-BATCH with SAP_ALL / SAP_NEW or add the relevant authorizations via trace evaluation.

Please note the user ID create and password and work with your docuflow implementor – this will be need to be configured in docuflow Enterprise Connector in step Base docuflow Enterprise Connector Configuration – docuflow ECM Only.
