How to change docuflow username and password.

  1. Turn off the docuflow service
  2. Open command prompt in windows
  3. Change directory to the installation directory of docuflow
  4. Type in java -jar versaFilePasswordGenerator.jar insertyourpassword
  5. Copy the encrypted password returned to the console
  6. Open up config.properties located in the /config directory where docuflow is installed
  7. Locate the fields user.name=docuflow password=r0TMzjlSeMkURTcC77ocxg==
  8. Replace docuflow if you would like to change the previous username, and replace password with your copied encrypted password from step 5 and replace the previous password
  9. Save your changes
  10. Start the docuflow service
  11. Open browser in privacy/icognito mode or with cleared cache/cookies/passwords. Type in your new username and password
