Grant Necessary SAP ArchiveLink authorizations

Base configuration for both docuflow components requires (at least one) SAP ArchiveLink repository to be created. Thus, access to the below transactions should be granted to the configurator and administrator of docuflow:
- OAC0 - Content Repositories
- OAA3 - Protocols
In some instances, the SAP Basis team will already have access and may prefer to control this configuration. This configuration is outlined below sections.
Business process configuration requires access to additional ArchiveLink transactions. Albeit not covered in this guide, these transactions should also be granted to the docuflow configurator:
- OAC2 - document types
- OAC3 – business object /document type / link table assignment
