BTP Sub Account Creation

This step only needs to be done if there is not already a sub account created for the BTP environment.

At the Global Account Level, navigate to 'Account Explorer' and click the 'Create' button and select 'Sub Account'

NOTE: Select one of the SAP (NEO) Regions to run the integration
