Authorize docuflow App User IDs to Folders

In order for docuflow to execute its functionality (this depends on what is configured as a follow up to the base installation and configuration), the app user(s) created in the section Box Configuration must be granted co-owner access to any folders it needs to perfect actions on. Follow the below steps to grant this access: 

  1. Log in with a user with administrator access to your Box account and navigate to the Content Manager via Admin Console->Content.
  2. Locate the app user created by its name (ie: “description when you created it via the docuflow connector). You will notice it does not have access to any folders:

3. Right click on the user and select “Log in to user’s account” 

4. Enter the app users account settings from the top right menu path:

5. Scroll down and locate the default email address. Utilize this address to invite as a co-owner to any Box folders relevant to docuflow processing.
